Commodore PET D64 Image Maker

This program will take a disk and write it to a D64 image file. This is intended for users of the SD2PET using real hardware who may otherwise not be able to transfer full disk images to their SD2PET reader.

It's written in Basic because Commodore Basic supports the sector read and write commands. This is not a file copier, it is a disk backup.
