I noticed that when you change the keys it doesn't update them on the title screen. Maybe it's not supposed to, and just shows the default.
I'll try a 2 - 4 player game when my nephews and niece visit in a few weeks.

Yes that was intentional. I thought about changing it.
Corrected a small bug in C64 game. Player 1 key controls were backward. Also added an untested C64 4-player joystick version.
